RECRUITMENT AND FULFILLMENT PROCESS

In order to provide customers with the best talent for their projects, we identify the finest consultant candidates available through a comprehensive recruiting process 
(Recruitment and Fulfillment Process). This is a process that has been defined and refined over numerous years, and has emerged at the forefront of the staffing and services industry.

This streamlined process also makes it possible to support customers who have needs in certain geographical areas by opening satellite offices.

MICAN's 11 Step Process is the result of extensive experience and success in the staffing and services industry. This is a process that has been defined and refined over numerous years and has emerged at the forefront of the staffing and services industry. 

 
Identify Candidate

Utilize all resources available to MICAN.

Complete Prescreen Form

Qualified candidates are chosen from MICANís database comprised of 30,000 candidates. Typically done over the phone, the candidate is asked a series of questions to gain an understanding of the individualís technical qualifications, level of interest in a career change, current salary, future salary expectations, availability, etc. If the candidate fits MICANís profile, the process continues.

 
Interoffice Interview

If the candidate is local, they are scheduled for an onsite interview with MICAN. Additional questions are asked to confirm previous information and to gather further information pertaining to the candidateís background. Interpersonal and communication skills, degree of professionalism and future goals are also reviewed to verify whether the individual will measure up to MICANís profile. Other MICAN employees get a chance to meet the candidate as well.

 
Technical Evaluation
Based on the level of experience, MICAN determines the best option to check the candidatesí technical abilities. The options are:
Arrow An online standardized test that is based on and measured by candidates' skills.
Arrow A person-to-person conversation with a Senior Technical Consultant that is qualified to gauge the candidates' technical qualifications.

Reference Check

A candidate must provide four references. Traditionally, at least two supervisors and two co-workers. MICAN questions work ethic, teamwork and technical strengths.

Resume Submittal

MICAN will review the resume with the candidate and then incorporate it into MICANís format. The candidate is briefed on all possible assignments and then the resume is submitted to customers where there is a match.

Client Interview

MICAN prepares the candidate for the customer interview. The job requirements are discussed, the customer's environment is touched upon, all the candidateís needs are covered; personality tips, etc. The candidate is instructed to contact MICAN immediately following the interview.

Candidate Offer

Upon receipt of acceptance from the customer, MICAN contacts the candidate, reviews all information and makes the offer.

Close Down

Once the candidate accepts the position and the drug and background checks are completed, MICAN will arrange a start date by communicating with both the customer and candidate.

Maintenance

It is MICANís responsibility to ensure the candidate is meeting to the customers' expectations. MICAN will prepare the candidate for their assignment prior to their start date. From that point on, MICAN will periodically touch base with the candidate and customer to ensure expectations are being met from both the customer and candidate's perspective.

Notice of End Date

The customer will notify MICAN 30 days in advance of the candidatesí end date. At that time, the candidate will be remarketed.

CONTRACT-TO-HIRE

In todayís dynamic business and technology world, making long term staffing decisions is very difficult. MICANís staff augmentation services help customers fill their current needs on a Contract-to-Hire basis while keeping their long-term IT solutions development and expenses under control.

Customers can utilize MICANís staff augmentation services to select the consultants with the specific skill sets required and then allocate their own permanent resources where they are most needed and most effective. Contract-to-Hire Placements

There will be no fee for 6 months Contract-to-Hire positions.

MICAN will charge 15% of the consultantís first year salary for Contract-to-Hire positions less than 3 month.

Arrow

MICAN will charge 10% of the consultantís first year salary for Contract-to-Hire positions if the contract duration is more than 3 month and less than 6 months.

MICAN will charge 5% of the consultantís first year salary for Contract-to-Hire positions if the contract duration is more than 4 months and less than 6 months.

We guarantee all the consultants we provide for two weeks.

Arrow

If you are not satisfied with the performance of the consultant and terminate the consultant within two weeks, MICAN will not bill for the services of the consultant.
