1st On-Site IT Help Desk under a SOW

Mican Technologies, a leading provider of IT solutions, is pleased to announce the successful completion of an onsite IT Helpdesk Call Center supporting a multi-factor authentication project for our largest healthcare client. This marks our first onsite statement of work (SOW) and involved deploying a team of 15 resources to support the project.

The multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution was launched to assist in protecting our client by requiring this MFA process for all employees throughout their Enterprise.  As with many large organizations, implementing a new company-wide process can be challenging to support however, through the partnership with Mican Technologies our client was able to successfully implement and support this security initiative ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
